about me
Let me help you achieve your very best
I always wanted to become a PE teacher before I become a PT/Nutritionist.
Prior to me becoming a personal trainer and launching my own online coaching. I was once living the fast food and takeaway lifestyle with no regards to my own health and wellbeing. I would wonder why my training was never getting me anywhere when a never truly invested in myself. I would live for the weekends fast food and alcohol then restrict and deprive myself when the new week started, and the cycle would repeat itself again and again.
So When I finally decided to get my ass in gear I hired the coaches with the shredded abs and the huge social media following, and boy did I suffer in ways you wouldn't believe because you know they are the best in the business (well I thought so).
I would freak out about going out for meals with friends and family, running on super low calories, working out for 2 hours a day, feeling and looking awful and following a super low calorie and restrictive meal plan that made me hate these foods and led me to not trusting myself with foods a loved. I decided this isn’t the way to live, train and nourish my body and a wouldn’t want this on anyone else Then I decided that something had to change.
I thought to myself that there had to better a way to make amazing progress with your body and have a lifestyle that allows you to enjoy delicious foods, have a social life, and develop healthy habits that ensure your results are life long.
Are you ready to change your life for the better? Let's start right now.

Depending on the package you go for, you will have weekly or monthly check ins with your coach where you will assess your progress, celebrate wins, and make adjustments where necessary.
These check ins aren't all about pictures and scale weight, we will be looking at all aspects of your lifestyle to ensure you recognise how much progress & change you are making as you work towards your goals.
You will be focusing on how your clothes fit, how you are performing in the gym, how you look in the mirror, and what your energy levels are like so there's no need to get worried about the scales if that's not something you want to do.
We focus on providing and educating you with all the tools to improve your mindset as so we can keep moving forward even when tough times arise in your journey.

The short answer is No.
You will be provided with extensive meal idea eBooks to suit your own calorie targets (includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas) .
You will be shown how to eat food you love whilst achieving your fat loss/muscle gain goals.
Our monthly recipe service will provide you with delicious recipes with full calorie breakdowns so you can choose meals that fit with your nutritional targets that have been set by your coach.
I provide education on how to build foods you enjoy into your life whilst still providing your body with what it needs for optimal health.

The answer to this question depends on you as an individual.
If you commit to the coaching and having a willing mindset then you will experience the kind of results you saw earlier in the testimonial section. The coaching I provide has helped many busy parents get into the shape they wanted but we only require one thing from you, COMMITMENT...
If you give us that then it doesn't matter what obstacles you face along the way, we will navigate them and continue to march towards success together.

No you don’t need to cut anything, that being set making sure that we have that balance and education which I will provide with my coaching and membership area.
Understanding that we don’t need to cut anything out, but we still want to get the best from our nutrition in terms of keeping us fuller for longer, keeping energy levels high as possible, training performance at a high standard and helping recover. So having the balance between foods that provide us with vitamins / minerals and help towards health and performance while still enjoying foods in moderation that provide us with pleasure and allows to enjoy social occasions.
